At Aaramik®, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.
Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order before production begins or before the item is dispatched for delivery.

Before production starts

Before shipping / dispatch
✖ You CANNOT cancel:

After production has begun
-
After the order has been dispatched

Custom orders that are already in the production phase
Once materials are sourced, cutting starts, or custom specifications are applied, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom Orders
Custom furniture is made specifically for you.
Therefore:

Cancellation is allowed only before production begins.

Once production starts, the order becomes non-cancelable.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:

Any advance payment will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are processed through your original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable if:

The order is already in production, OR
-
The order has already been dispatched
Important Notes

Aaramik® reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the criteria above.
