Return & Exchange Policy

At Aaramik®, every piece is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before delivery.
Because our furniture is often made-to-order and includes handcrafted details, we maintain a clear Return & Exchange Policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange is only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You MUST report the issue within:

24 hours of receiving the order

This allows us to verify the condition and take immediate action.

2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Transit Damage

  • Broken parts

  • Cracked wood

  • Structural issues

  • Torn fabric upon arrival

Manufacturing Defect

  • Loose joints

  • Poor finishing

  • Frame issues

  • Wrong item delivered

Incorrect Product

If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

3. Non-Eligible Reasons (No Returns or Exchanges)

Because furniture is large, made-to-order, and handcrafted, the following reasons are not valid for returns:

❌ Change of mind

❌ Color appears slightly different due to lighting or screen settings

❌ Natural variations in wood grain, texture, polish, or fabric

❌ Size or measurement mistakes made by the customer

❌ Wear & tear after delivery

❌ Damage caused by the customer after unpacking

❌ Custom-made furniture after production has started

Aaramik® ensures accuracy in photos and descriptions, but handmade furniture naturally varies—this is part of its character, not a defect.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made or made-to-order items are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • They arrive damaged

  • They have a verified manufacturing defect

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

5. Reporting a Problem

To file a return or exchange request, contact us within 24 hours through:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

This helps us verify the claim and offer the best solution.

6. Resolution Process

Once your claim is approved, Aaramik® will:

✔ Repair the item

OR

✔ Replace the damaged part

OR

✔ Replace the full item (in special cases)

The resolution depends on the nature of the defect and product type.

Shipping/transport charges for repairs or replacements may apply depending on location and issue.

7. Exchanges

If approved:

  • Exchanges are for the same product only.

  • Exchanges for a different model, color, or design are not allowed unless mutually approved.

8. Packaging & Return Safety

If an item needs to be returned:

  • It must be repacked safely in its original or equivalent packaging.

  • Returns damaged due to poor repacking will not be accepted.

9. Final Notes

Aaramik® reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the criteria above.
