Aaramik® provides a limited structural warranty on selected furniture items.
This warranty applies to:

Joinery

Internal support system

Manufacturing defects
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies only to issues caused by:

Manufacturing defects

Structural failures
-
Poor craftsmanship on our part

Loose joints or internal structure problems
If any covered issue occurs, Aaramik® will:

Repair the item, OR

Replace the defective component, OR
-
Provide an appropriate solution based on the situation
(Aaramik® will decide the most suitable resolution.)
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Because furniture is used daily, the warranty does not cover:

Cushion/foam softening over time

Minor scratches or usage marks
❌ Damage from Misuse

Water damage

Heat or sun exposure

Rough handling or dropping the product

Using the furniture for unintended purposes
❌ Environmental Damage

Humidity-related swelling

Exposure to moisture or placement outdoors

Termite infestation caused at the customer’s premises
❌ Custom Requests
Any structural issue resulting from a customer-requested modification is not covered.
4. Upholstery, Fabric & Finish
Upholstery (fabric/foam/leatherette) and surface finishes are not covered under structural warranty due to their natural wear characteristics.
However, we guarantee:

Proper installation

Smooth finishing
Any issues at the time of delivery should be reported within 24 hours.
5. Duration of Warranty
Aaramik® offers different warranty periods depending on the furniture category:

Wooden Bed Frames: 1 year

Sofa Frame Structure: 1 year

Dining Sets (structure): 1 year

Chairs/Accent Furniture: 6 months

7. Repairs & Service Charges
If the issue is not covered under the warranty, repairs may still be available, but charges will apply.
Shipping or transport costs for repairs may also apply depending on location and product size.
8. Limitations of Warranty

Warranty is void if the product has been altered, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than Aaramik®.

Warranty does not cover commercial use (restaurants, offices, hotels), unless discussed separately.
9. Final Notes
Handcrafted furniture contains natural variations in wood, texture, and tone. These variations are part of the product’s beauty and are not considered defects.
Aaramik® reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time.
