2. Product Information

We take great care to display our products accurately.

However:

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, or natural materials.

  • Handmade products may have slight variations, which are considered part of their unique character.

Aaramik® reserves the right to update product details, prices, or availability at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Payment/advance is confirmed (if applicable), and

  • We verify product availability or start production for custom orders.

We may refuse or cancel an order due to:

  • Invalid or incomplete information

  • Product unavailability

  • Mistakes in pricing or description

  • Failure to comply with our policies

You will be notified if your order cannot be processed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in PKR.

  • Prices do not include shipping charges.

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, advance payment, and other approved methods listed on our website.

Aaramik® may update or revise pricing without prior notice.

5. Production Time

For custom-made furniture, production time varies depending on design, materials, and workload.
Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Buyer pays shipping cost.

  • Aaramik® is responsible for safe packaging and dispatch.

  • Standard shipping time is 7 days after completion of production.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel:

  • Before production begins

  • Before dispatch for ready-made items

Cancellation is not allowed once production has started for custom orders.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of furniture and custom craftsmanship:

  • Returns may only be accepted for valid, approved reasons such as damage in transit.

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or texture variation

  • Wrong size selected by customer

9. Damage & Claims

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Report within 24 hours

  • Provide clear photos/videos

We will review and assist with repair, replacement, or resolution as applicable.

10. Warranty

Aaramik® offers limited warranty on structural defects, depending on the product category.
Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Accidental damage

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, logos, and content on the Aaramik® website are the intellectual property of Aaramik®.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aaramik® is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer

  • Misuse or incorrect handling of furniture after delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We do not share data with third parties except for delivery and verification purposes.

14. Changes to Terms
